  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached).
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds  are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Exchanges are available subject to stock availability; we’ll notify you if your desired item isn’t available.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items

Our products come with a Lifetime Durability Guarantee (bovinoleather.com). If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please reach out within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos or details to assess the issue.
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the case.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom orders
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage beyond the original fault
