Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Bovino Leather product. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@bovinoleather.com to request a return and receive further instructions.
- Once approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order once the return is processed.
