Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We ship all orders via reliable carriers like USPS and UPS. The following delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing. (Please note: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. at this time.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bovinoleather.com.

Delivery Issues

Bovino Leather is not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are missing. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your package’s location.
